Anonymous asked: i have been dealing with family members telling me throwing is not a girly sport it's really bugging me? how would u handle it?
Well it happened to me to. My dad doesn’t like it but he never told me my mom told me. But I just kept throwing because if throwing makes me happy then they should be happy that you love a sport that much. Hope that help, if anything else just come back (:Â
annaschoonover asked: Yesterday we had our conference meet and it went pretty great. I placed in both shot and disc. In shot I threw 32' placed 5th and got an all conference honorable mention. In disc I threw 102' on a power (I started full spin a week ago and it wasn't going well, I only threw 85' with that) and I placed 3rd and got all conference :) Hard work and technique really pay off.
Wow, your disc throw is really good. I wish I threw like that.
the-blondest-girl-you-know asked: i saw your personal best and i must say that's not bad at all for a freshman! i didn't even start out that good when i was a freshman! i'm a sophomore, going on junior in high school and i throw around 26" for shot and a little over 80" for discus :)
Thanks (: I would love to be able to throw 80
